Vinegar made from Lambrusco wine.
Dark brown color, full and bright, with important density and medium body; the aroma is such of a refined bouquet, well blended, fragrant and appreciable.
It reveals the characteristic sweet and sour taste, to which it owes its valuable aromaticity.

The balsamic vinegar goes perfectly with all types of salads, vegetables and grilled meats, white and red meats as well as boiled fish.
