Gutturnio Riserva D.O.C.
Wine obtained from Barbera grapes 65% and Bonarda grapes 35%, it has a deep ruby red color with violet highlights, brilliant with medium-good viscosity.
Its aroma is fine, intense, frank and pleasant with morello cherry and almond fruity cadences.
With a dry, full-bodied and persistent flavor, it goes well with cold cuts, first courses, grilled meats, roasts and game.
To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.
