Monferrato rosso DOC

Wine obtained from a wise and well tested blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 25% Barbera grapes, 25% Nebbiolo grapes and 10% Merlot grapes.
It has an intense ruby red color, a scent of ripe red fruit and its tannins are sweet with fruity aromas. Its excellent structure and long persistence are perfect when combined with roasted and braised meats, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Barbera (25%), Nebbiolo (25%), Merlot (10%)
AGEING : 14 months in French oak barrels and 10 months in bottle
COLOUR: Intense ruby red

TASTE QUALITIES: Sweet tannins with fruity aromas. Excellent structure and long persistence
PAIRING: Roasted and braised meats, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
