OUR CELLAR

The production remains that of a small winery where Women and Men make the difference, while using very cutting-edge machinery and technologies, the centrality of our work remains the main element from which we transform excellent Grapes into excellent Wines.

Today we produce Two Barbera d’Asti “Il Vino di Pierin” one that passes only in steel before being bottled and the other that we refine for 24 months in Tonneaux and Barrique and a Nebbiolo aged for 20% in Barrique (6 months) and for 80% only in steel. The production of the Whites is concentrated on Arneis, “Il Tramonto”, Chardonnay “Il Volo” and Pinot Noir vinified in White with an Extra Dry Sparkling Wine always 100% pure Pinot Noir.

For over 20 years our flower pomace have been transformed into two Grappa, Gold Grappa 100% Barbera aged 6 years in oak barrels and Silver Grappa 100% Nebbiolo with 12 months aging in steel. Among the last, from Riserva di Vino Rosso Rosso Chinato “Carmino”, a very interesting and accessible to everyone. The latest born, the Vermouth of Turin, one of the most interesting and typical Italian luxury wines.

A lot of attention, processing of small masses, constant presence and constructive comparison with winemakers often allow you to obtain good or excellent results; this interweaving of many factors, which I believe is mainly “Magic”, will then allow us to taste excellent wines.

I never say that my wines are good, excellent or superlative, I just say that they are a small part of me. Then each of you will have to freely decide if they are to your liking or not
