Harvest after harvest I am more and more convinced of the infinite greatness and goodness of Mother Nature, I appreciate more and more our “Old” who spent most of their lives in the vineyards in the middle of the land; they spoke little but knew how to listen to everything that Mother Nature transmitted and taught them.
My dream is to taste my wines with pleasure and passion, bringing back a Magic of Life, Wine, to Its true essence and making many forget that fear or subjection that too many words around wine often create! Wine is a pleasure, everything else words!
The production remains that of a small winery where Women and Men make the difference, while using very cutting-edge machinery and technologies, the centrality of our work remains the main element from which we transform excellent Grapes into excellent Wines.
In the aging cellar, completely buried and left as built over 100 years ago, there are barriques and French oak barrels where the best wines of the company rest for periods between 12 and 24 months.
