Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with a floral and fruity bouquet, offering delicate hints of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit. The palate is intense and persistent, featuring a good alcohol presence that adds roundness and structure, perfectly balanced by refreshing acidity.
Production Area
Our Chardonnay grapes thrive in Piedmont’s hills, where calcareous-clay soils foster a refined expression of this variety with pronounced aromatic intensity.
Vinification
Hand-harvested with careful selection of the best bunches, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at controlled temperatures,
preserving the wine’s fresh aromas and lively character.
Aging
The wine ages in steel for several months, retaining its freshness and vibrant fruity profile. After bottling, it rests further to reach its fullest expression before release.
