Production Area

Our Monferrato Bianco D.O.C. vineyards lie in the heart of Monferrato, a renowned region for producing outstanding white wine and red varieties. The mainly sandy soils and favorable microclimate foster the development of Arneis’s characteristic aromatic profile.

Vinification

Grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their integrity. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, maintaining the grape’s fresh aromas and lively character.

Aging

The wine ages exclusively in steel to maintain its aromatic vibrancy. After resting a few months in the bottle, it reaches its full expression, ready to be enjoyed at peak freshness.
