Food Pairings

  • Aperitifs and festive occasions
  • Shellfish and seafood hors d’oeuvre
  • Fresh salads and light fish dishes
  • Delicate first courses

Its freshness and balanced structure make it incredibly versatile, enhancing dishes without overpowering them. A perfect match for elegant events or relaxed lunches alike.

Vinification

The wine is made using the Charmat Method, also known as the tank method, where the second fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks.

This process preserves the natural aromas of the grapes and delivers a fine, elegant perlage.

Aging

After fermentation, the wine ages on the lees in pressurized tanks long enough to develop added aromatic complexity and harmony. It is then filtered and bottled to maintain its lively freshness.
