Our Langhe D.O.C. Nebbiolo showcases the unique character of the Nebbiolo grape, cultivated in carefully tended vineyards on calcareous and sandy soils with ideal southeast and southwest exposures. Located near Alba and Asti, our boutique winery nurtures vines aged 10 to 15 years, trained using the traditional Guyot system to ensure balanced growth and fruit quality. Each cluster is handselected during the manual harvest for exceptional quality.

This red wine stands out with its elegant and harmonious profile, revealing delicate floral aromas of rose and violet. On the palate, it offers a fresh, fruity experience with soft, refined tannins, making it a beautifully balanced and approachable example of Nebbiolo Piedmont. Aging primarily in stainless steel with a brief period in wood preserves the wine’s fresh finesse and purity.

Production Area

The Nebbiolo grapes come from vineyards rooted in calcareous and sandy soils with southeast and southwest exposures. These conditions give the wine its signature elegance and freshness.

Vinification

Hand-harvested between late September and early October, the grapes are picked in small crates to preserve quality. A brief maceration on the skins is followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, maintaining the purity of the fruit.

Aging

After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures primarily in stainless steel, with a short time in wood to enhance complexity and finesse.
Longevity: 5–6 years
